The Recipe book by Cooker Girl
Aurora Cavallo, known professionally as Cooker Girl, is one of the most recognisable young voices in Italian cuisine. From her passion for leavened baked goods to her experiences in New York, Copenhagen, and Normandy, she has developed a culinary style that is inventive, authentic and open to new inspirations.
For Vanini, she played with scents, textures, and winter suggestions, transforming them into creations to recreate at home: four signature ideas in which the magic of the festive season takes on a whole new form.
